    We now have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Online Marketing Assistant to join and support retail online partners and third-party internet accounts.

    The role will be responsible for helping support the team of executives execute online marketing strategies to help grow the business, drive awareness and help to acquire new customers. You will have a strong passion for growing the user experience. And be eager to build solid relationships with all your key accounts.

    The responsibilities of the Retail Online Marketing Assistant.... Could this be you?

    • Weekly trade reporting every Monday.
    • Monthly trade reporting on 1st of Month.
    • Review and track digital marketing visibility on all accounts.
    • Review PDP assets on retailer sites.
    • Upload NPD assets to retailer portals.
    • Send house account orders to retailer contacts.
    • Complete GWP NLF and copy matrix.
    • Share GWP assets.
    • Review and collate details of competitor promo activity across our top 4 retail accounts.
    • Work with email executive to schedule geo targeted comms.
    • Track NPD sales for 1st month of launch across top 4 retail accounts
    • Support team with SKUs details e.g. copy, EAN no, PDP assets, COGS
    • Support with ad-hoc airtable brief requests
    • Support team with IROAS analysis
    • Support team with when presenting in brand review and shareback meetings
    • Company owned social support
    • Download all assets from widen and align internally on what can be shared (align with ecomm on PDP images, keep the other images in another folder, download and organise social assets to share the best to retailers and create plan for flagships) NPD
    • Download banners, adapt for the online channel and brief to design - NPD

    Do you have the below skills?

    • 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or retail role.
    • Driven and tenacious
    • Highly organized with prioritization skills.
    • Motivated about the opportunity to develop business our key growth channel.
    • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
    • Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail
