About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated School Site Assistant to join our team in Slough. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the school's facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs of school buildings and equipment.
Assist with the setup of classrooms and event spaces.
Manage the upkeep of outdoor areas, including playgrounds and sports fields.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
Support the school's waste management and recycling initiatives.
Respond promptly to ad-hoc maintenance requests from school staff.

Qualifications:
