    Join us as Territory Business Manager (TBM) and be the catalyst for a healthier tomorrowThe positionThis role develops & ensures implementation of the account plans for their respective territory, working cross functionally with medical, market access & other cross functional teams, with the overall aim to ensure unrestricted access to deliver sales and market share targets for the territory as well as removing any barriers for prescribing Alfasigma products.

    Your roleDevelop and execute local territory Account Plans that will build advocacy and foster long term business relationships with Key account customers across commercialized therapeutic areas.

    Forecast and deliver sales and market share targets through implementation of business & account plans.
    Develop and execute market access solutions with key stakeholders in a trust that support and drive portfolio value.

    Ensure this is aligned to wider ICS strategy with access colleaguesDesign and implement initiatives that bring value to Alfasigma, the healthcare system and patientsDevelop and execute an engagement plan for strategic customers that facilitate on going communication for cross-functional partners through differentiated access.

    Identify and target account customers at Trust, Provider & ensure appropriate engagement plan in place considering TBM and other roles within the account teamGather and share insights from NHS stakeholders and HCP's and work cross functionally to include these insights in the design of initiatives which form part of the UK disease plans and brand plan tacticsMaintain and record stakeholder interactions within CRM & PathfinderIn conjunction with cross functional colleagues, participate in the development of disease plans and ensure strategic account activities are aligned with disease area plansIdentify opportunities for co-creation between key employees and Alfasigma based on value creation for both parties.

    Devise and implement strategies & tactics aligned with cross functional launch plans to ensure product uptake and achievement of launch objectivesIn conjunction with cross functional colleagues, support the development and execution of external expert engagement plansDevelop and maintain a highly effective external network, including establishing partnerships and alliances with key internal employees, important stakeholders, industry and medical bodies to establish a current and future environment where Alfasigma products can succeedKeep up to date with all policy changes and Alfasigma's position/key messages and incorporate into the Strategic Account PlansQualificationsOur ideal candidate has an advanced scientific degree and a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field.

    The successful candidate will have experience in sales with additional formulary and market access experience.
