Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a new environment? An excellent opportunity has become available for an innovative and enthusiastic Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor at Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form.
We are seeking to appoint to the role of Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor to support curriculum provision and learning support pupils at risk of significant underachievement due to their behaviour and conduct, to help the academy meet inclusion targets by implementing positive strategies, working with the Academy Pastoral, Attendance and SEND teams and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for learning.
In this varied role you will be required to demonstrate flexibility, have some experience of working with vulnerable and / or challenging young people in an educational environment and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and pupils alike.
The Accord Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2016 and is currently made up of four academies who were the founding members of the Trust.
