- To carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the companies' responsibilities are met.
- To effectively manage the relationship with the customer, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- To ensure all Health and Safety and industry legislation are adhered to.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
- Conduct property inspections regularly.
- Effective communication with clients and leaseholders.
- AIRPM or ATPI accredited would be an advantage
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing workloads
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work as part of a team as well and self-motivated for individual tasks
