    SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD Specialism)

    8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Term Time)

    SEN Teaching Assistant (SENTA): £85-£100 per day


    Our client, a reputable school nestled in the vibrant community of Barnet, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialisation in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to join their dynamic team.

    Situated in one of London's most diverse and culturally rich boroughs, Barnet offers a blend of urban convenience and suburban tranquillity, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.

    As a SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialization in ASD, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

    Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance, implementing tailored interventions, and fostering a nurturing environment conducive to the social and academic growth of all students.

    You will work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to develop individualised education plans and ensure that each student receives the support they require to thrive.

    Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
    Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential)

    Daily rate (£85-£100) commensurate with experience and qualifications
