    £11.44 Business Support Apprentice
    Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

    As a Mears Apprentice you will be paid above the national minimum wage and be paid for your normal working hours plus time to do your college work with the opportunity to get real life experiences such as working in people's homes, getting involved in community projects and improving people's lives by being customer focused.

    The apprenticeship will take around 16 months to complete and result in gaining your NVQ level 2 in customer service.

    You will be responsible for collating customer satisfaction data on a weekly basis, from an external platform and communicating to relevant departments.

    GCSEs minimum national 4 in Maths and English.
    Able to use Microsoft applications eg word, excel and power point
    Interest in data and insight, but training will be given
    Ability to be flexible to business needs
    Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, outlook, Word etc.
