The Programme
Mercer is seeking to hire the best talent to join our analyst development programme. The roles will be in ourWealth business, with the immediate focus being the delivery of GMP Equalisation projects (under the Mercer GMP proposition). Work on these projects can incorporate or lead onto being involved in wider activities such as de-risking and financial strategy projects for our clients.
The programme is designed to provide you with a fast track route to being involved in complex and technical client projects, delivering work as part of a wider client team.. It's an intense programme, aimed at developing your technical skills.
What can you expect?
You will work as part of a team supporting senior actuaries and consultants, primarily providing input on projects being carried out for defined benefit pension scheme trustees and corporate sponsors in areas such as GMP, risk management and more. You will help to develop and deliver customised advice and solutions to clients. The world of retirement saving is changing and Mercer is developing innovative solutions for our clients and their employees, including supporting them on the journey to their end game.
