- This is a unique role where you will get experience of a technical and office based role. You will play a key role in the logistics team as well as learn engineering skills.

- Engage in a variety of tasks in our warehouse environment, from moving and packaging to stock-taking.
- You will learn skills such as soldering, how to assist with refurbishments in our electrical detection team.

- You'll learn how to place purchase orders and maintain order confirmations for raw materials and services.
- Ensure all our goods are handled and stored in compliance with the highest safety and regulatory standards.
- Play a central role in shipping and transporting our products worldwide.

- Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive close mentorship and formal training at our designated training college, setting you up for a successful career.
- On-the-Job Work Experience: You'll spend significant time putting into practice skills learned at college, giving you the opportunity to learn by doing as you progress through your apprenticeship.
- Collaboration with Qualified Mentors: Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll work closely with qualified Johnson Controls employees who will serve as mentors, guiding you in developing your skills. - You will be enrolled on a two year level 2 Supply Chain warehouse operative qualification delivered by our training partners.
- Travel and Accommodation: If you're required to stay away from home for college or work-related purposes, the company will cover the costs of travel, accommodation, and meals. This ensures that you can focus on your education and training without financial burden.
- GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 5)
- GCSE or equivalent in Math's (Grade 5)
- Full drivers license is essential.

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Uniform, all PPE and ongoing training provided.
- Overtime pay.
- Suitable candidates will have a screening call with a recruiter to discuss the position and provide necessary documentation. Afterward, you will be invited to an assessment centre in May, where they will participate in a practical assessment, meet the team, and have an interview.
- Within 48 hours of the assessment centre, candidates will receive a response regarding the outcome of their application. If successful, they can begin the apprenticeship on September 2, 2024.
