    Help us prepare for the electric future. Plug Me In – EV are continuing to grow our team and are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Qualified Supervisor based in the south of England.

    Plug Me In – EV is part of the Calisen Group who is a leading owner and manager of essential energy infrastructure assets. As well as a provider of meter installation, meter reading, electric vehicle charging, maintenance and ancillary services, whose purpose is to accelerate the development of a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable energy segment. EV charging will reinforce Calisen's role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of reaching net zero.

    About the Role for Electric Qualified Supervisor...

    • Ensuring the results of inspection and testing are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports.
    • Produce and sign off NICEIC certification and other required test data following work undertaken by EV installers.
    • Ensuring that the equipment, documentation, and records are available for inspection when required by NICEIC.
    • Electric Qualified Supervisor will undertake site visits for quality inspection and direction as required
    • Undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time.
    • Identify risks and protect business reputation.
    • To assist with and support the recruitment, induction, and development of Electricians & Electrical mates.
    • The Electric Qualified Supervisor will support the implementation of all our policies, Company, and industry standards.
    • Assist in resolving complaints. Implement action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction.
    • Actively promote all aspects of Health & Safety, to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures.
    • Ensure the team is accountable for its HS&E responsibilities.

    • £45,592.93 salary
    • 42.5hrs a week, Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

    What we are looking for as an Electric Qualified Supervisor...

    • City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation
    • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation / Electrotechnical technology (Time served - AM2)
    • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
    • 2391 Inspection & Testing
    • Have at least two years' evidence of responsibility for the technical standard of electrical work and evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development
    • Driving Licence entitling you to drive in the UK with no more than 6 points
    • Hard working and enjoy dealing with customers, in both the domestic and commercial sectors
    • Environmentally conscious with a passion for the EV industry
