- Execution of Client and Operational Data set-up responsibilities, including but not limited to: customers, traders, brokers, confirmation data, FX, instruments, invoicing and settlement data.
- Ensure Business As Usual (BAU) activities are completed by EOD of Day, where required.
- Assist with daily trade breaks, resolving any data set-up challenges to ensure efficiency across the post-trade lifecycle.
- Assist with Data integration tasks and project work related to key firm-wide initiatives.
- To support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approach
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
- Highly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audience
- Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments
