    Description

    Do you enjoy working outdoors and have a resilience to adverse weather conditions? Do you have excellent decision making, reporting and communication skills? If so, our Bournemouth water recycling team is looking for a Water Recycling Operator to join them.

    As a Water Recycling Operator, you will:
    manage the operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards
    be involved in running advanced waste water treatment and sludge process plants.
    ensure compliance with company policy, processes and procedures

    provide emergency cover on the standby rota and take part in a shift pattern when applicable (an average of 40 hours per week).

    You will need experience of working unsupervised in an industrial or process plant is also essential. Electrical or mechanical experience would be desirable. Confined spaces training will be provided.
    GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, maths and a technical subject
    a valid driving licence.
