Responsibilities within your new role as a Property Management Associate
Managing the preparation and monitoring of service charges and budgeting.
Collaborating and coordinating with facilities management and accounts departments.
Providing lease event advisory services.
Conducting property management inspections.
Engaging in tenant communication and relationship management.
To be eligible for the Property Management Associate role you should be RICS qualified with current and pertinent knowledge of commercial property.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to enhance the profile of the property management team.
