    As Senior Administrator you will lead the support team functions within the new Alford Residential Service. Managingall administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day administration and finance processesfor the service.
    Takecharge of financial processes including, invoicing, and financial reporting. Assist in administrative duties related to the Housing and Dayhab services inAberdeen City.
    Play a key role in the implementation of the new residential service in Alford. Ensure that all administrative and financial processes adhere torelevant regulations, policies, and standards. This includes data protection laws, financial regulations, andorganisational policies.
    This is not your average desk based admin role, our Therapeutic Communityrehabs can be fast-paced, agile places to work with a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a busyteam
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
    Familiardatabase and financial systems

    Strong numeric skills with the ability to manage financial processes suchas managing funding of placements, banking of payments, personal allowances and petty cash.

    Our state-of-the-art facility will offer 27 beds for individuals seeking transformative recovery journeys. Plus, staff amenities such as onsite bedrooms and a brand-new gymensure a supportive and enriching work environment.

    As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for securing registration with the Care Inspectorate andoverseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility.

    Your leadership will inspire a team of dedicatedprofessionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering stakeholder engagement.
    Your journey begins with supporting the development of our brand-new service in Alford, West Aberdeenshire. This role is thefigurehead of the service on-site, and balances the ongoing service provision with regulatory compliance andstakeholder engagement.
    Contractors are currently undertaking a26-week building programme to bring the property up to specification and readiness to open.

    You will lead on the implementation of the programme, plus the recruitment of the staff team, and preparing theservice for opening, with the support of experienced internal teams across the charity.

    As a partner working to promote your services, it will be essential for you to align efforts with yourorganisation's goals, whilst ensuring both quality and financial targets are met.

    As a Therapeutic Practitioner at our brand-new Dayhab facility in Aberdeen, you will play a pivotal role in providinghigh-quality therapeutic services to our service users.

    Supported and guided by the Service Manager, you willalso take on a senior role in guiding and supervising volunteers within the facility.

    Collaborate withthe Service Manager and colleagues to develop and refine the Therapeutic Community program tailored to the needsof our service user
    Oversee the implementation of the Therapeutic Community program, ensuring adherenceto best practices and standards.
    The ability to be innovative and be flexible in order to meet the needs of theservice.
    Knowledge of adult and child protection essential as you will be working with vulnerablepeople in a community setting

    Due to new funding from the Scottish Government, this brand new service will be based in Aberdeen City centre and iscurrently being procured.

    This community based service will be framed around our Residential TherapeuticCommunity model, providing a structured day service.

    This flexible service will run a structured group workprogramme in addition to 1 to 1 support, including a range of meaningful activities to build recovery capital.

    You will also work closely andcollaborate with our new Residential service based in Alford and the new Housing team also based in Aberdeencity centre.

    We are recruiting a full time Community Team Manager to join our North Lanarkshire team as part of Phoenix FuturesScotland.

    The role is Monday to Friday, 830am to 430pm with occasional evening and weekend work. We have an office base in Coatbridgeand deliver interventions across the locality.

    You will ensure that anyconcerns relating to safeguarding and risk are appropriately managed as well as ensuring that adequate data iscollected and reported on.

    Experience of the substance misuse sector or related field (2 years +)
    Confidence in building relationships with otherprofessionals and to maintain the excellent reputation of Phoenix Futures.

    The ability to be innovativeand flexible in order to meet the needs of the service and work in a fast paced service.

    Starting salary of £27,500, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal,meaning potential salary increase up to £31,750.

    Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced policy or practice environment
