As a Therapeutic Practitioner at our brand-new Dayhab facility in Aberdeen, you will play a pivotal role in providinghigh-quality therapeutic services to our service users.
Supported and guided by the Service Manager, you willalso take on a senior role in guiding and supervising volunteers within the facility.
Collaborate withthe Service Manager and colleagues to develop and refine the Therapeutic Community program tailored to the needsof our service userOversee the implementation of the Therapeutic Community program, ensuring adherenceto best practices and standards.

The role is Monday to Friday, 830am to 430pm with occasional evening and weekend work. We have an office base in Coatbridgeand deliver interventions across the locality.You will ensure that anyconcerns relating to safeguarding and risk are appropriately managed as well as ensuring that adequate data iscollected and reported on.
Experience of the substance misuse sector or related field (2 years +)Confidence in building relationships with otherprofessionals and to maintain the excellent reputation of Phoenix Futures.
The ability to be innovativeand flexible in order to meet the needs of the service and work in a fast paced service.
Starting salary of £27,500, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal,meaning potential salary increase up to £31,750.
