    Description

    Yolk Recruitment is currently looking for an Electrical Test Operator to join a client in Bolton for a 12-month project.



    Responsibilities:
    - Certifying products following certification procedures.
    - Maintaining product certification through regular audits.
    - Applying a versatile skill set across various tasks.
    - Setting up testing procedures and ensuring equipment calibration.
    - Conducting tests on electronic equipment as per instructions.
    - Performing basic fault-finding on electronic devices.
    - Keeping detailed records and reporting faults.
    - Meeting manufacturing test time requirements.
    - Completing paperwork accurately for manufacturing data.
    - Upholding workmanship standards and product quality.
    - Ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures.
    - Maintaining a safe work environment and good housekeeping.
    - Sharing best practices with team members.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    - Ability to work well in a team and focus on customers.
    - Strong planning and organizing skills with adaptability.
    - Completion of a technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21/ONC.
    - Hold an HNC certificate or equivalent further education qualification.
    - Experience in manual handling and lifting & slinging (Including overhead cranes).
    - ESD training is a must.
