    Facilities Manager - Media - London - upto £40,500
    Wise May are looking for a Facilities Manager to join this extremely busy and friendly Media business in central London.
    With a major office relocation due the successful candidate will have to be responsible for the day to day FM duties as well as this huge project.
    Duties include:

    • Lead on all facilities matters
    • Working closely with the COO and project team as applicable
    • Ensure that the business maintains the facilities infrastructure and work environment required to deliver its obligations to staff
    • Build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally
    • Take accountability for and ensure value for money in the procurement of goods and services in support of the facilities service
    • Review, procure and manage all third-party contracts relating to facilities (cleaning, security, CCTV, routine and reactive maintenance, insurance, etc)
    Skills required:
    • Extensive experience working in facilities management
    • Ability to manage and respond to customer issues
    • Take appropriate responsibility for records held
    • Well organised, analytical and confident managing variable and rapidly changing workloads
    • Experience of leading major relocation projects
