    Job Introduction

    The Richmond Office is the UK head office for the commercial and marketing teams of WG&S. The Facilities Manager will manage all aspects of the management and maintenance of the building and office. Bringing a best in class working environment for the teams based here.     Main Responsibility

    Organising, and effectively managing, all aspects of the facilities of the office site and a secondary empty site. You will manage the Health & Safety of the properties, lead and motivate a facilities and front of house team, and coordinate and manage relationships with our office based service providers, including security, catering and cleaning. You will manage the on-site store and be adaptable in order to pick up ad hoc tasks associated with the smooth running of the office.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    You will be an experienced facilities manager, with attention to detail and H&S knowledge. You will also be confident in your abilities to communicate (both verbal and written) well with and build rapport with stakeholders and leaders across the business and be able to establish positive working relationships with individuals across a number of sites, remotely. You will be used to operating in a very dynamic environment with regular and tight deadlines. You will be solution-orientated, with a get up and go attitude, proactively suggesting and implementing new ways of working to improve our efficiency and effectiveness
