    Description

    Scale Software Licensing Manager

    Locations: Hybrid with London (EC1) based offices – 50% office 50% home.

    Contract- 12 months | Creative Software Company (S&P 500) with an amazing culture.

    Salary Range: £75,000- £80,000 per year.

    Your Challenge:

    • Navigate the evolving needs of our customers in a changing economic landscape.
    • Lead scale programs guiding customers to the right digital investments.
    • Foster objective and empathetic engagements for smooth program execution.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive financial targets and key performance indicators.
    • Collaborate closely with our dynamic Licensing team.
    • Provide regular updates and maintain efficient workflows.
    • Engage with stakeholders and align strategies.
    • Continuously refine performance for maximum impact.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Experience in Licensing and Software.
    • People Management experience.
    • Confidence in B2B interactions and partner/reseller sales.
    • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
    • Strong communication skills—spoken and written.
    • Ability to navigate virtual/matrix-based organizations.
    • Creative and critical thinker with analytical skills.
    • IT/Technical knowledge and organizational prowess.
