- Deliver a production plan focused on delivering the forecasted goals set by the companies Commercial Director.
- Ensure that the demands of dry and cased goods are kept up to date and continuously report to Commercial Director on stock holdings.
- Work with key stakeholders and inform them of any updates.
- Manage the wider logistics coordinators in the operations team and establish new growth goals for the team.
- Support the recent implementation of the ERP system and manage any changes and software add-ons.
- Measure the performance of existing suppliers through tracking of KPIs, delivery performance and customer service.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers and continue to work closely with them to make continuous improvements.
- Work with the Finance Director to improve on P&L, spending and costs to the business.
- Experience in working with the production or manufacturing of Spirits.
- Worked in a fast growth scaleup.
- Over 5 years of experience in the Spirits industry.
- Deep understanding of sustainability within the drinks space.
- Team management experience.
- Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.
- Highly organised and structured.

The Client:
Harmonic is excited to be working with a high-growth luxury spirits scaleup who are looking for a Head of Operations to join its business.
This company was established by one of the leading families in the drinks industry with over 50 years of experience. The company currently has 5 companies within its portfolio all growing exceptionally well and being distributed over 25 markets around the globe. With massive growth plans including building a new distillery in Scotland, this company is continuously looking to improve brand development and creation of business' in the drinks industry within the premium and luxury spirits sector.

The Role:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for growing and managing the operations team consisting of two direct reports and reporting into the Commercial Director.
The role requires working cross functionally with other teams in the business and having strong stakeholder management. This role will also be responsible for setting out a production plan to meet objectives.
