    Role Overview:


    As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of mechanical and electrical projects.

    Working closely with our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

    This role is ideal for a Plumbing Heating Engineer looking to transition into a management role and advance their career in the M&E contracting industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the management of mechanical and electrical contracts, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
    • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and reports.
    • Support in the procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
    • Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any client concerns or inquiries.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Mechanical qualifications, preferably as a Plumbing Heating Engineer.
    • Knowledge of commercial plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical building services.
    • Previous experience in the construction or M&E contracting industry is desirable.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
