    Description:

    Asa Senior Backend Developer for our AI Sales Coach platform you willhave significant autonomy and authority leading the architecturaldesign development and maintenance of the backend systems thatpower our AIdrivenfunctionalities.

    YourResponsibilities:

    1. LeadArchitectural Design and Development by designing developing andmaintaining scalable backend systems and APIs to support advancedAIdriven coaching functionalities including data processinganalysis and model deployment. Make key decisions impacting thearchitectural direction to ensure scalability androbustness.
    2. You willhave influence over company policy and strategy regarding backenddevelopment. Establish objectives and responsibilities within thebackend development team. Initiate and maintain influentialrelationships with senior management industry leaders and keystakeholders.
    3. You willengage in complex problem solving activities covering technicalfinancial and quality aspects of the backend infrastructure.Oversee and optimise the integration of machine learning modelsinto the backend ensuring realtime efficient and secure datahandling.
    4. Contributeto the formulation and implementation of backend policies andstrategies. Drive technological and strategic decisions that alignwith the companys longtermgoals.
    5. Manage andmitigate risks associated with backend systems and ensurecompliance with relevant legislation including data security andprivacy.
    6. Demonstrateclear leadership and communicate effectively across all levels ofthe organisation. Fostering an environment of continuous learningand adaptation to emergingtechnologies.

    YourQualifications:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field(or equivalent practicalexperience).
    2. Extensiveexperience as a backend developer with a proven track record inleading the development of scalable distributedsystems.
    3. Expertise inprogramming languages such as Python Java or Go and in buildingREST APIs using frameworks like Flask Django or SpringBoot.
    4. Deep knowledgeof database technologies and data security measures. Familiaritywith cloud computing platforms and containerisationtechnologies.
    5. Experiencewith DevOps practices and tools like Terraform andAnsible.
    6. Advancedknowledge in machine learning deployment and familiarity withstream processingframeworks.
    7. Strongbusiness acumen an understanding of CRM systems is desirable.
