As a key part of the HR function, you will build relationships that enable you to:
- creatively develop people plans aligned to company objectives
- partner with leaders to facilitate workforce skills development and succession planning
- generate insight from people data to anticipate trends, analyse company requirements and translate into useful reports
- develop, drive, implement and support engagement plans for leaders, encompassing the full employee lifecycle
The role befits an experienced HR professional - someone who can demonstrate valued achievements in previous roles, and brings a solid working knowledge as a generalist across HR disciplines.
You will show a results-focused approach, and a keen eye for howto use resources to build relationships and culture across an organisation.
