    As an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician at Protium Green Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hydrogen production facilities.

    Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment.
    # Implement preventative maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of equipment and prevent costly repairs.
    # Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards at all times.
    # Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any issues encountered for future reference.
    # Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to streamline operations.
    # The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an O&M setting, preferably in the industrial gases industry, energy, or a similarly regulated background. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
    Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
    Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to hydrogen production facilities or similar.
    HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering-related field is preferred.
