Job Description:

Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes for construction industry positions
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Negotiating and presenting job offers to successful candidates
