    Legal PA | Prestigious International Law Firm | City of London - Hybrid | Up to £44,000

    Join a well known international law firm located in the city as their new Legal PA; this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their Legal PA career in their Employment team, working with and learning from the best.

    The Role

    This Legal PA position provides an opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to thrive in a welcoming and supportive environment. The Legal PA will provide assistance to their Employment practice group, contributing significantly to the department's over all success. This is a varied role, allowing the successful Legal PA to work closely with clients and fee earners.

    Legal PA Key responsibilities:

    • Meeting organisation – booking rooms, arranging refreshments/catering and IT equipment.
    • Travel arrangements.
    • Diary management.
    • Document amendments.
    • Opening of new client matters, conflict searches and necessary risk assessment forms.
    • Working directly with clients to organise meetings, following up on any queries, drafting letters of engagement and ensuring terms of business are in place.
    • Ensuring the CRM is up to date.
    • Assisting with marketing and business development.
    • Billing and credit control.
    • Processing invoices and expenses.
    • Time recording.
    • Assigning tasks to administrative teams and tracking progress.
    • Offering support and cover to other members of the team where possible and in times of absence.

    Legal PA key experience and skills:

    • Experienced as an Employment Legal Secretary/ Legal PA in a city law firm.
    • Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • A strong team player.
    • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
