- 37.5 hours per week, on-site
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Build an understanding and knowledge of the company's product range.
- Answer sales enquiries from existing clients and new prospects, by understanding their requirements and identifying productive solutions, while providing written quotations on the CRM system.
- Proactively manage all quotations to ensure the best chance of securing new business.
- Plan and prioritise sales activities using the CRM system to maximise capability.
- Arrange client visits where possible, to build relationships and develop new business.
- Process sales and raise purchase orders.
- Maintain the contact database, ensuring quality of information to constantly improve capabilities for account management and targeted marketing.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Assist the systems team with preparing quotations.
- Assist with training new staff.
- Back up sales office manager when they are not on-site.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional approach to dealing with customers.
- Ability to learn quickly about complex and technical IT products.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a CRM system.
- Purchasing experience.
- 7 GCSEs at grade C and above, including Maths, English, and Science.
- Keen interest in IT products.
- Ambition to have a career in technical sales.
