    THE ROLE

    The role of the Public Area Attendant is to maintain a clean and tidy environment in all public areas, including the lobby, front desk, restaurant, and back of house.

    Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

    • Ensuring all guest public areas are looked after to a high standard in line with hotel and brand standards
    • Reporting anything that could impact the guest experience
    • Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests

    ABOUT YOU

    • Ideally you would have previous hospitality experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
    • Have great communication skills, a sense of humor and a welcoming smile
    • An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service and an eye for detail
    • A fantastic team player
