- Lead and manage the Insolvency and Restructuring team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm's insolvency and restructuring practice.
- Provide expert advice and representation to clients on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters.
- Handle complex and high-value cases with proficiency and diligence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Minimum of 10 years PQE in insolvency and restructuring law.
- Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
- Extensive experience handling diverse and complex insolvency and restructuring cases.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
