Interim Finance Director (Transformation and Change)
Are you an experienced finance leader with a proven track record of driving successful transformation and change? Are you ready to take on a pivotal senior role in a Housing Association facing internal and external challenges? Are you able to motivate and inspire a team to pull together during challenging times?
My client is a Housing Association in London facing regulatory challenges. Recruited on an initial 12-month FTC, the Interim Finance Director (Transformation and Change) will act as the right-hand person to a forward thinking and approachable CFO, who has a clearly defined vision of where the improvements are needed over the coming months.
Key Responsibilities include:
This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, offering a rare opportunity to play a crucial role in turning around the fortunes of a Housing Association facing financial and regulatory challenges. The postholder will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's future, both by identifying and executing 'quick wins' as well as defining successful longer-term change.
The role is London-based, offering a hybrid working pattern, and the successful candidate will lead from the front and commit to two office days each week.
