    Project Support Engineer (Peterhead)

    Project Support Engineer:
    Providing support to the Services Team

    We are looking for a Project Support Engineer to be the main interface between Score Group and their clients.

    The Project Support Engineer will be responsible for the quoting, processing, and control of all assigned Sales Enquiries and Orders within their department.

    All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions.

    Reporting to the account manager the project support engineer will be the first point of contact for all clients.

    Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
    Complete Technical and Commercial review of supplier quotations to ensure compliance with Client requirements and specifications
    Complete Contract Review for new supply activities
    Provide technical support to the customer for valve and actuator related issues
    Update and utilise company systems – electronic and paper based
    Contribute to the training and development of Contract Support Trainees
    Experience in a Sales or Engineering environment (valve industry preferred but not essential)
    Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in stakeholder management
    Desire to develop, commitment to continual improvement and a flexible approach to change
