- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence to assess credit risk and evaluate transaction opportunities.
- Prepare credit proposals, pitch materials, and transaction documentation for client presentations and deal execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, investment banks, and credit rating agencies, to facilitate transaction execution.
- Monitor market trends and track competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and deal structuring.
- Solid knowledge of leveraged finance products and markets, including syndicated loans, high-yield bonds, and mezzanine financing.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Legal background or familiarity with legal documentation related to leveraged finance transactions is advantageous.
