    Chef de Partie

    Yellow 42 are working on behalf of one of Glasgow's leading hotel chains, where an opportunity for a Chef de Partie has arisen.

    A branded, busy 4 star hotel with banqueting and bar food offerings in the City.
    The Job – Chef de Partie
    The main responsibilities in this role are to ensure you deliver the very best of both service and product.

    You, as a Chef de Partie will be able to work on your own unsupervised and when needed, run a section and direct a small team of commis chefs while adhering to statutory compliances.

    The Person – Chef de Partie
    The ideal Candidate for this role will have experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional environment.

    You will have excellent organisational skills, be able to demonstrate an understanding of food and current trends, have the ability to work well under pressure, and be proactive.

    Past experience in high volume banqueting would be highly desirable however not mandatory.
    The Rewards – Chef de Partie

    A competitive salary is on offer for the Sous Chef role and any overtime will be paid by the hour.
