- Managing the global trading books across various asset classes, ensuring compliance with risk policies and risk limits
- Managing, optimising and implementing new pricing and liquidity strategies
- Managing, optimising and implementing new risk management strategies designed to maximise profitability
- Liaising and assisting with technical teams on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and pricing systems with a strong emphasis on automation of process and procedure
- Liaising with sales personnel and acting as a product expert to support with trading related queries
- Monitoring and analysing client trading activities and identifying difficult flow
- Following the company's operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as a contact and relationship manager with our trading partners, brokers and counterparties
- Keeping up to date with financial markets and conducting market research
- Shift work (morning/afternoon/evening) with occasional weekend work may be required
- Qualifications in quantitative field are desirable
- Minimum 1-3 years experience working on a CFD/Spread Betting dealing desk required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the CFD market landscape and competition globally
- High level of numeracy and attention to detailHands-on mentality and ability to deliver without supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and be able to deliver accurate results in a timely manner
- Advanced MS Excel & SQL skills desirable
