Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to join one of the UK's leading engineering and maintenance providers on a temporary basis.

This position will allow for future development of the individual which will enhance their skillset and allow them to further integrate into the operational role.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of the Training and Competency matrices
  • Identifying and booking all project training requirements
  • Liaising with client planners
  • Updating Rota's as required
  • Raise offshore personnel mobilisation requests internal and with client
  • Prepare and maintain project files, including: T&C matrices, Rota Tracker, Crew Change & Mobilizations, General support with offshore enquiries, Processing of offshore / onshore timesheets, Processing Expenses, Processing and tracking holiday requests
  • Raise training requests as required
  • Assist in the coordination of all training requirements
  • Maintain visits schedules offshore for management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in fast paced work environment
  • Industry knowledge (Desirable)

  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
  • Communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 months


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
