Description
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to join one of the UK's leading engineering and maintenance providers on a temporary basis.
This position will allow for future development of the individual which will enhance their skillset and allow them to further integrate into the operational role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the Training and Competency matrices
- Identifying and booking all project training requirements
- Liaising with client planners
- Updating Rota's as required
- Raise offshore personnel mobilisation requests internal and with client
- Prepare and maintain project files, including: T&C matrices, Rota Tracker, Crew Change & Mobilizations, General support with offshore enquiries, Processing of offshore / onshore timesheets, Processing Expenses, Processing and tracking holiday requests
- Raise training requests as required
- Assist in the coordination of all training requirements
- Maintain visits schedules offshore for management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Experience in fast paced work environment
- Industry knowledge (Desirable)
- Problem solver
- Selfstarter and team player
- Relationship builder
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
- Communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
