    Description

    An award-winning property developer with an ever expanding portfolio across the UK, is recruiting a Facilities Manager to join their team in Liverpool.

    This position will manage a portfolio of properties across the UK, including PBSA and commercial and residential properties.

    5million per property, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, with hands-on support from the Operations team.

    You will be responsible for managing existing and pipeline portfolios across the UK, as they continue to develop and manage high-quality accommodation.

    You will also be directly responsible for ensuring all properties meet the statutory H&S and compliance requirements in line with the latest building regulations for residential properties.

    Manage on-site contractors and 3rd party providers

    • Management of hard and soft service contracts
    • Be responsible for annual lifecycle asset management
    • Project manage the end of tenancy turn around and move in/outs
    Strong budget management and forecasting skills

    • UK driving licence
    • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
    Flexibility to travel to sites around UK
    Mon - Fri standard office hours
