    The role - Proposals Development Manager

    This is a varied role supporting multiple internal and external stakeholders in the provision of high-value strategic bids and proposals in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

    You will have a dynamic, methodical and challenging role, your duties and responsibilities including;

    • Own and manage a varied pipeline of high-value strategic proposals, ensuring that the pipeline effectively reflects organisational strategy
    • Proactively monitor and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) across all stakeholder groups
    • Produce customised responses to RFPs based on information gathered from subject matter experts and in partnership with key staff members
    • Production of professionally written, concise, clear and accurate bids and proposals to meet individual proposal timescales
    • Work directly with colleagues within the Business Development function and all internal stakeholder groups to provide overall strategic guidance within and undertake bids and proposals development and submission
    • Ensure proposal content is of the highest calibre, fully addressing the defined needs of all relevant parties whilst clearly articulating the organisation's differentiators and value proposition

    Ideally degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have a wealth of experience producing high quality, accurate and timely bids and proposals across a broad range of sectors and industries. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent combination of both technical and operational skills with proven experience in leading and managing simultaneously running proposals.

    You will have first class written and verbal communication skills and be well versed in managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve all goals in relation to successful proposal submissions and management.
