    Description
    We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor/Team Leader to join our operations team. This position will be responsible for assisting in overseeing a shift, under the the Shift Managers guidance.

    This role works on a shift that rotates across the hours shown below:

    Early - 06:00 am Till 14:00 pm
    Late - 14:00 pm till 22:00 pm

    We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a supervisor or team leader, who has managed a large team of operational staff.

    Ideally this person will have come from the logistics, manufacturing, or automotive industries.

    Due to 30% of this work being office-based, a detailed understanding of Microsoft software and expertise with a system would be advantageous.

    About The Role

    How will you contribute:
    Develops Team Leads to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Team Members
    Ensure that the team is meeting KPI's and plan the workload accordingly to this.
    Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish the tasks in a safe, effective manner.
    Monitors and measures team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
    Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
    Follow company policy regarding all health and safety procedures.
    Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work, and work elements.
    Maintenance of all storage locations and labelling
    Deal with any communication that is needed to both internal and external customers.
    What will you Bring.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
    At least 2 years' experience supervising in an automotive, manufacturing or logistics industry.
    GCSE's Grade C+ or equivalent. Though A Levels are preferred.
    Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
    Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
    Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Spanish verbal skills are preferred.
    Ability to train and develop a team well.
