    Based in the Tees Valley, Bede Sixth Form College continues to go from strength to strength, our pass rate is 99%. In our last Ofsted inspection, May 2022, we received Outstanding grades in Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal development, Leadership and Management and Education Programmes for Young People. We are an innovative and destination driven Sixth Form offering a wide range of both A level and vocational provision to the community.

    We are part Education Training Collective (Etc.), which is of a group of colleges in the Tees Valley; Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and The Skills Academy.     An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Personal Progression Coordinator to join our pastoral team reporting to our Deputy Head of Sixth Form.

    We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate member of staff to lead our team of Personal Progression Coordinators and coordinate our pastoral programme. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team, working with 16-18 year olds, be a team player and able to deliver an outstanding experience to meet the needs of our students whilst also committing to the wider values and ethos of Bede Sixth Form College.

    Our Personal Progression Coordinators form a strong pastoral team dedicated to providing our students with high quality, tailored pastoral advice and study skills guidance to help them develop ambition, resilience, and life skills in preparation for future careers and aspirations. Personal Progression Coordinators work closely with teaching staff and other support staff to ensure that students are supported so that they succeed and realise their potential. As the lead for this team you will be instrumental in the direction and guidance of this team.
