    Description

    Rota planning and management; day-to-day supervision and task allocation of the Facilities team; monitoring sickness/absence; training & inductions; annual leave allocation and approval; FACILITIES SUPERVISOR hours per week (Rota working, including weekends) We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Facilities team.

    You will have proven experience within a Facilities team, ideally in a hospital environment, with an excellent understanding and knowledge of soft FM disciplines, namely Domestic, Housekeeping, and Catering, as well as an understanding of third party contracts commensurate with a soft FM service.

    You will need to have excellent communication skills, good IT skills, flexibility to provide team cover and the ability to train, lead and motivate the team to make sure a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.

    As this is a multi-site position, a full driving licence is a prerequisite for interview, so this should be confirmed within your application.
