    We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage our diverse range of projects.


    As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee and drive the successful delivery of refurbishment and installation projects within the commercial and healthcare sectors.

    Your role will involve meticulous planning, effective team coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


    Project Leadership:
    Manage electrical refurbishment and installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


    • Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all project activities are accurately documented and tracked.
    • Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality assurance processes to ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards and client specifications.
    • Health and Safety: Uphold and enforce health and safety standards on all project sites, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
    • Financial Oversight: Monitor project finances, prepare detailed financial reports, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
    • Identify potential project challenges and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
    Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role within the building services sector.


    • Extensive experience managing refurbishment and installation projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent financial management abilities with experience in budget preparation and cost control.
    • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or building services (e.g., Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
