    Een van onze kerninitiatieven is het praktisch toepassen van datagedreven initiatieven met behulp van ons modern Data Lakehouse - gebouwd op het Microsoft Azure platform. En dat is waar jij ons team van Data engineers, Data Analisten, Data Admin en externe consultants komt versterken
    ** Om de realisatie van onze digitale strategie te versnellen, zijn we op zoek naar een BI Analyst om ons Digital Team te versterken. **
    Als lid van het team ben je één van de interne deskundigen en zorg je ervoor dat de door de Data Engineers voorbereide data, toegepast wordt voor analyses en visualisaties in Power BI.
    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ad-hoc analyses die vanuit de business komen en het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van de Power BI die nodig is om de datagedreven pilots en initiatieven van onze organisatie te ondersteunen.
    Gegevensanalyse
    Uitvoeren van (ad-hoc) analyses om patronen, trends en andere relevante inzichten te identificeren.
    Opzetten en ondersteunen Data Driven pilots, gebaseerd op de Single Customer View in het Lakehouse
    Rapportage en visualisatie
    het creëren van rapporten en dashboards die de resultaten van analyses duidelijk en begrijpelijk presenteren aan onze stakeholders.
    Adhv datavisualisatietools - zoals Power Bi - complexe gegevens op een toegankelijke manier communiceren & presenteren.
    Voorspellende modellering - interesse om door te groeien naar het ontwikkelen van modellen voor voorspellende analyses om toekomstige trends en gebeurtenissen te voorspellen.
    Samenwerking met stakeholders
    Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en belanghebbenden om de specifieke behoeften aan gegevensanalyse te begrijpen.
    Vertalen van business vragen naar analytische taken en resultaten.
    Zelfontwikkeling
    Bijhouden van nieuwe trends en technologieën op het gebied van gegevensanalyse.
    Verbeteren van vaardigheden en kennis door middel van training en certificering.
    Communicatie van resultaten & inzichten - effectief communiceren van de resultaten van analyses aan zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.

    Jouw profiel
    Naast een hogere opleiding in Computer Science, Software Engineering (of een aanverwante richting) heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een BI-omgeving / Data Warehouse omgeving.
    Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de volgende technische gebieden
    Business vraagstukken omzetten naar een analyse en reporting
    Structureren en modeleren van data
    Bouwen en onderhouden van Power Bi dashboards en reports
    Professionele kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels. Kennis van elke bijkomende taal is vanzelfsprekend een plus

    Idealiter tick je ook de volgende competenties als jouw sterktes
    Sterke analytische vaardigheden om te troubleshooten & oog voor detail om nauwgezet te werken;
    Ownership & vastberadenheid om een effectieve data management/rapportage structuur op te zetten;
    Een pragmatische, proactieve aanpak en flexibiliteit om te werken in een fast paced, dynamische omgeving;
    Gretigheid om kennis te verwerven en uw persoonlijke groei te stimuleren;
    Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden & teamspirit stellen jou in staat om in een multiculturele omgeving crossfunctioneel samen te werken.
    Plaats van tewerkstelling is Londerzeel in combinatie met de mogelijkheid tot homeworking (met een max. van 2 dagen per week). Daarnaast toon je de flexibiliteit om jou ook sporadisch naar Waalwijk (NL) te verplaatsen.
