    Our client, an award-winning provider of Mental Health Services, is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Lead to join their team As a leading provider of rehabilitation supplies, our client puts patients at the heart of everything they do, ensuring a smooth journey to recovery. With a diverse range of clients, their team of mental health practitioners, including CBT Therapists, Counsellors, and Psychological wellbeing practitioners, have a huge impact on improving thousands of lives every year.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our client's clinical standards, leading on audit activity, and driving forward strategies to continually improve clinical service delivery.     As THEMH Clinical Lead, you will be the main point of contact for clinical support and risk escalation for their service. You will leverage your knowledge of risk and safeguarding to ensure a safe and secure environment for their clients. Additionally, you will analyze service outcome data and identify trends that can be improved as part of a continuous quality improvement cycle.

    Working closely with the wider clinical leadership team, you will develop and implement new clinical initiatives that help drive service improvement. Your expertise will be integral in shaping our clinical practices and ensuring the highest quality of care for their clients.

    To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:

    Qualifications:

    Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with full BABCP accreditation. It is also desirable for to have an additional core profession.

    Experience:

    The ideal candidate will be a proven clinical leader with experience of risk management and clinical supervision. Previous experience of service audit and development through clear quality change cycle will be key.
