- Regular and timely report production, in keeping with internal / regulatory requirements
- Support processing of client documentation
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholder colleagues
- Registration of new accounts / client on boarding
- Manage client queries alongside all aspects of back office, records, valuations, corporate actions and nominees
- Work with Compliance and Partners in line with procedures regarding complaints
- Coordination of complex diaries re travel, entertainment and meeting rooms
- Meet & greet clients provide refreshments, set up and clear rooms for meetings
- Handle telephone enquiries & messages effectively and efficiently
- Support with client events
- Broad secretarial duties to include: audio and copy typing
- Maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and other data management systems
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Filing (scanned, electronic and hard copy)
- Expense management
- Ad hoc support to other teams during PA absences
- May be required to undertake other ad hoc tasks for Partner/s

This Wealth Management client is seeking a Team Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to a team comprising two Partner/s and Investment Managers, who has a solid understanding of working in the Wealth Management industry.
This candidate should have plenty of common sense, be flexible, approachable and immaculately presented - with excellent interpersonal skills. High proficiency in written and spoken English and numeracy are required – with high attention to detail.
It is essential that this Personal Assistant understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion, with an absolute focus on client service. They must be able to work autonomously, and multi task to tight deadlines.
Recent experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial services environment is required, along with advanced MS Office skills across Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Duties include but are not limited to:
