    Job Purpose:

    The Lead Application Support Specialist serves as subject matter expert and as primary consultant to both customers and coworkers for all Fujifilm Clinical Information Systems products.

    Duties and responsibilities

  • Clinical Duties include but are not limited to the following: Analyzes and designs clinical workflow and utilizes change management techniques to facilitate process improvement to customers utilizing the Synapse EIS products. Creates and provides customer focused training materials and courses on the Synapse EIS product family.Serve as a mentor and reference to internal Fujifilm resources
  • Technical Duties include but are not limited to the following: Highly proficient in the HL-7 standard and interface designCompetent with database design and SQL query for Oracle and MSSQLAble to lead and design database migration projects from disparate systemsUnderstand troubleshooting methodologies for Microsoft server and IIS web hosting, Cloud hosting, and Microsoft Services
