Complete internalaudits and reports and develop improvement plans within agreedtimeframes.
- Salesand Marketing Work with theOwners to improve the quality of the external network ofrelationships with customers and other influential organisationsincluding Local Authorities private and voluntary sectororganisations andsocieties.
- HumanResource Management Regularlymonitor the performance of all staff giving support to HomeManagers on specific staffing issues including recruitmentcampaigns communication needs and disciplinary and grievancematters in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Toappraise the performance of the Home Manager and agree onobjectives aligned to operational and financial targets. Agree ontraining and development needs for the Home Managers. Undertakeformal supervision with HomeManagers.
