    Description

    Our client an international multi-disciplined service provider working across multi sectors including on and offshore Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Petrochemical to name a few, have a great opportunity to join their team based in Invergordon working within their Finance team.

    Role overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant, the ideal candidate will support the financial department in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks.

    Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

    • Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
    • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements
    • Carry out credit checks & open new customer accounts
    • Assist with the processing of payroll and maintain payroll records
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
    • Support the finance team in financial data analysis and reporting
    • Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
    The ideal candidate should:
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office package, and confident in their computer skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Have experience within a similar role and environment
    Having any financial qualifications i.e. Book Keeping would be beneficial however non essential.

    This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
