    Description
    Customer Service Administrator
    We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy sales order processing team.
    The company, based in Woore, supports a 'people first' culture and strives to benefit their community.

    Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10+ years.

    This is a testament to their ethos and vision.

    Trading for just under 65 years, the company has embraced both social and environmental responsibilities to ensure the long-term success of their business.


    Customer Service Administrator main responsibilities will include:
    Managing customer expectations, by scheduling and co-ordinating work.
    Preparing quotes and order processing.
    Workforce planning.
    Part ordering.
    Project Support and internal team liaison.
    Technical support.

    About you:


    Ideally you would have previously worked as Customer Service Administrator or Sales Order Processor, Sales Administrator or Parts/Service Desk Assistant.

    You will have a willingness to learn and be an open minded individual, open to learning mechanical and electrical terminology and processes, with good problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude.

    Ability to support different departments in the workplace, work as a team and independently. A strong personality, confidence and ambition will be advantageous for this role.

    Customer Service Administrator key skills will include:
    Strong customer service skills, including telephone and email.
    Excellent computer skills and proficient with Office 365.
    Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships.
    Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and self-motivate.

    Customer Service Administrator Salary & Benefits:
    Permanent position paying £23,000 £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
    Private healthcare and insurance - after probationary period
    Generous holiday allowance including 10 day Christmas closure.
