We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Student Services Officer to join our team. Qualified candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills.
The successful candidate will:
· Deal with day to day issues and queries from students. Be the point of contact for all student and parent liaison
· Manage and administer letters and other correspondence between school, student and parents
· Maintaining accurate and up to date student records
