    Community Nurse ( part time )
    £30, £40,000.00 pro rata
    Looking for a job in nursing?
    Mainly office hours though some flexibility to support staff and clients is required.
    We are always on the lookout for a talented and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience and having worked in a community setting would be advantageous.

    We care for clients in their homes, with complex needs, End of Life, and much, much more.

    Overall purpose of the role:
    • To act as a Named Nurse within the team, developing collaborative, needs based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
    • You will provide excellent professional, skilled and effective person centred, evidence based nursing care.
    • You will be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and clients.
    • Visibly and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.
    • Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes.
    • You will contribute to the education and development of employees.
    • Contribute to staff appraisals and support personal development plans.
    • Safely administer medication following company policies and practice guidelines.
