    WHAT YOUDO

    • In this position you will workwith one of the worlds largest automotive brands developing andimplementing effective social media strategies with the overallmarketing goals of the brands global social mediachannels.
    • Crafting content while maintainingbrand uniformity and messaging tone.
    • Workingwithin a team building content plans and proposals deliveringalwayson content for the brands official global social mediachannels.
    • Working with the design team tocreate exciting visuals and videos.
    • Utilisingexisting content to make rewarding social posts and maximise theirpotential based on socialalgorithms.
    • Understanding the social communitytheir needs and how to get the most from them and turning that intocreative ideas and executions.
    • Remainingupdated about emerging trends and changes in social media with aninterest in the field.
    • Confidently leading theclient through both your own and others ideas and knowing how tosell in great creative.
    • A good understanding ofsocial analytics and how to interpret thatdata.

      Post production: video editor briefing andoversight

    WHO YOUARE

    • You have a demonstratedprofessional background in social media whether through internshipswork experience or your own creatorbackground.
    • Demonstrated a professionalbackground within social media content creation or advertising withat least 3 years experience in the field.
    • Agood understanding of and keen interest in social media algorithmstrends and best practices for both global brands and CorporateInfluencers.
    • Experience generating social ideasfor brands (automotive experience is aplus).
    • Great understanding of social mediaplatforms algorithms and optimalapproaches.
    • Excellent written spoken andcopywriting skills.
    • Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively in a team environment and helpbrief other teams on concepts.
    • Robustorganisational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail oftheir work.
    • A generally confident demeanour invirtual and real spaces when presenting and debating in front ofteams and senior management.
    • Experienced inengaging with clients in person via email or videocall.
    • Proficient at operating under pressureand achieving timesensitive objectives in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Strong understanding of who youraudience is and tailor messages to meet itsneeds.
    • Ability to confidently hold internalinformation and discussions in certain topicareas.
    • Have an active interest in automotiveand follows the sector personally.
    • Confident indriving new cars (often required forshoots).
    • Positive proactive team member with adrive to deliver bestinclass social media content and channelmanagement.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteor Canva are highly beneficial but notmandatory.
    • Available for international travelas and when needed to fulfil yourrole.
